This is hands down the best pet store we have ever shopped at. The entire family is so knowledgeable, helpful and just amazing! We have several animals from there, buy our feeders there and Aaron ALWAYS is willing to help with advice on many different topics! If you need a pet store, GO HERE!

I bought an axolotl they recommended us to apply some liquids they bought the right fish tank they bought the instructions they gave us we made them I asked the seller if it was easy to have he told us that if super easy they bought their food they told us to get everything ready for two hours that the animal would be fine when the 2 hours passed the animal we put it in the tank and we left it in the morning it did not move and had something white all over its body we called and the owner answered said that if it floated it was because there was Grandson but our animal It was still at the bottom of the tank so he said it was fine hours later I did not see that it improved or moved so we called in Spanish the man told us to touch it and he was confused so we did everything he told us a few hours passed And still nothing changed, we called them and asked him if we would take him so that they could see him and tell us if he was alive or dead, so he said no, seeing that they didn't give me much solution, I decided to take him. varlo well when they saw him if he was biting pitifully. so I asked to return the tank and they told me that nothing had a guarantee when I bought the animal and its accessories at no time did they tell me that there was no return or that they did not respond for an animal I think it is not fair that they do not replace a pet that died in less than 24 hours when the seller said that everything we did was fine but he did not know why he died so I lost my money nobody answers and the owner has no idea what was happening to the animal and now nobody answers me They are blaming the water when he told us the correct time and they sold the liquids to us, my money did not come from a package of potatoes nor did they give it to me I spent more than 160 dollars for a store with little information to make this species tell me that the animal does not have a refund of money nor do they replace me with another and less do they receive a fish tank that I bought with them they stole my money I do not advise them to buy in this store that has a low professional ethics c hen it is a good store the owner solves in the best way that is to help the customer but here they do not do that just with the excuse that they are a small store so they do not make returns I think they have to be clear when one goes and pays to say that It has no refund and they do not take care of the animal they scammed me

This establishment use to be a place I enjoyed, but after seeing how they handled covid, I have sworn off ever going again. Upon walking in, not a single mask in sight. They obviously have no care for their customers and will mot receive a single dime from me in the future.

What a great mom and pop shop. I love giving the business to local people and they have a great selection of fish reptiles and accessories. Hillary and Aaron are great people stop by and say hello.
