If you go to this branch and need ANYTHING done, ask for the manager Jason. He’s the only competent person here that actually treats you as a member/customer of the bank. Everybody else but the lady’s are on some strange ego trip.
Worst banking staff I’ve ever come across. Walked in wasn’t greeted, waited in line to make a simple deposit with 2 tellers and one customer being helped. The young lady in front of me told me she had been waiting 10 minutes and walked out. I gave them another 5 and then I walked out. Never acknowledged. BBT going to Suntrust or viceversa is a death sentence. Time for a new bank.
Emmanuel was very helpful today. He was able to get what i needed done, and get it finished in a timely manner. Very nice man to deal with. Especially with the craziness going on right now, any bit of normalcy is appreciated! Thanks Emmanuel!
