Waited 20 minutes to get inside the lobby to cash a check. Gave up when I saw that the drive thru was empty. Walked over and teller would not help me because I wasn't in a car. I dashed over to get my car and was able to cash the check. Also got my balance so I can write a check to close the account. Just hate Bank of America. Terrible service, can't figure out the online banking app, can't get a paper statement. Parking lot is full of trash and leaves. Dirty drive up windows.
Always just 1 or 2 employees here, waiting since an hour. And they taking other customers. Horrible service
Drive thu always closed and long waits but staff is nice. Luckily I’m paid by the hour to wait around.
Every time that I go onto this branch I never really get help from the people there instead they are costly try to push product down my throat whether or not it will be actually useful for me. Bankers are not bankers anymore instead their salesman is now. It was honestly a terrible experience knowing that my banker was not looking out for my best interest
They closed my account 2 weeks after opening in and didnt give me a explanation as to why they decided to do so all they told me was they decided to end the relationship with me
