Although the tellers are always very polite, turnover is high and there is always a minimal number of employees. The 1/2 of the employees that are present seldom know what they are doing and it results in ridiculous wait times both inside and in the drive through. Just spent 2 hours here trying to do a simple wire transfer ud83dude2d Please hire and keep your staff members.

While the staff is nice and provide good customer service, wait times are always long. You go in to do a simple deposit and takes you 20 minutes. One teller handles the drive through and one handles the lobby, and there’s usually 1-2 personal bankers. It’s unfortunate, even during the 1st week of the month which is generally busier than the rest of the month the available employees providing service is scarce. I’m not a fan of going to this branch though it’s 10 minutes away from me. I wouldn’t recommend going on your lunch break.

Never enough tellers inside. The ATM here is where my real problem is DO NOT USE THIS ATM It takes your card, or when you deposit money the ATM actually freezes up (happened 2 times now) and you aren't even able to receive a confirmation of your deposit. The last time my money was held for 4 days!! I had to wait for someone to physically go to the ATM and confirm my deposit.nI have NEVER had so many issues with a bank. (and I had Regions for years)nI spent 2 hours driving to 4 BBT locations just looking for an ATM that was actually online. (Around 10pm) just to make a deposit.nDone with this bank

Why in the world would you guys have one BANKER available on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON.... over an hour wait ridiculous!!!! Stop being cheap and maybe up your staff amount. Yall definitely make enough money
