Worst experience banking. Teller and assistant manager at 222 Lakeview branch West Palm Beach.nTeller and assistant manager were unprofessional , rude, mean and on a power trip. Clueless when it comes to banking. Never will I recommend this bank or in particular branch to anyone.
The ATM works. It doesn't work great, but it works.
Terrible customer service! The bank teller was rude and abrasive. I went there on 2/21/19 to cash a check that was issued by my insurance company. It was a Bank of America check but she refused to cash it, without giving me a reason. The way she spoke to me was unprofessional and uncalled for. I will never use this bank again for any of their services.
