Very awkwardly unfriendly establishment in Palm Springs...nnSeveral reps sitting at desks in cubicle offices..which provide no privacy to the client whatsoever, pretending to be busy, stepping out occasionally to gossip.nnFew words are said while setting up an account, little to no explanation to the process or what to expect moving forward.nnI have never experienced this before.

I keep trying to use them, but their systems are antiquated. Have had to go in for every deposit so far. Not ideal, but nice people. I keep a commerical bank account for when I run into issues. Hoping their systems update so I can use them exclusively one day.

If I could've give this bank a zero review I would. They seem professional and understanding when you go to open accounts but the 1st time you have a problem you really see how they are. The so called supervisors don't return your calls and if you finally able to reach them, it's a total waste of time. I dealt with the palm springs location and the manager there is unprofessional and uncaring. Look anywhere else but the credit union

I would like to thank everyone for their honest reviews of this place. I would also like to inform the owner that I was swayed by popular customer opinion of their establishment, and will not be banking here. You have more than one issue involving ATM mistakes and that is unacceptable! Then members are told to go call someone who cares because there is nothing they can do? Rude employees? Long wait times? sounds like a terrible place to bank!
