Useless!!!!! Never open- one of the atms literally never works.
I came to a bank of america and there were over 20 customers waiting and 3 employees so I left. I can’t believe the bank is doing this to its employees. Having them exposure to that amount of people. Money is more important that having their employees getting infected. Should be just drive thru like everyone else, not under those conditions. Me as a customer I have the option to leave because of the amount of people, but the employees do not have that option. Awful working conditions bankofamerica!!!
Too long waiting on the drive.
Went to the bank to do a wire transfer. 1st one in so I thought to myself “ great this should be fast” One of the specialist was sitting in his cubicle doing nothing and he didn’t even come out to greet me. Two more customers show up then the girl came out from the office walked past me without asking who’s here firs and just send one customer into the cubicle. I asked her if she knew I was her first and I really couldn’t understand what the hell she was explaining. If you can’t keep track of your customer coming in then make a sign-in place so you won’t messed up people time or have to come and ask your customers who’s here first.
