Worst customer service ever! I ordered a pair of Kicko shoes from the website Touch of Modern and they arrived stained. Touch of Modern doesn’t buy a large inventory so they didn’t have a replacement in my size so I returned them to Touch of Modern no problem. But I liked the shoes so I went to the Kicko website and spent $30 more than I did on Touch of Modern to get the shoes. When they came the were also stained and they were the wrong size. I emailed Kicko directly and they never responded. So I followed the return instructions sent with the shoes. They said I could return they to any Nordstrom store so I tried that. Nordstrom had never heard of the brand at all. Next I used the return label sent with the shoes to return them. I enclosed a note explaining the issues since no one responded to my email. Surprise! I just got the shoes back in the mail! Nothing fixed!!! Do not buy from this company!!!!!!
Most comfortable shoes i have ever worn!!! Fashionable so i can wear them out, but also comfortable to make wearing them every day easy.
