The prices are much better than pets mart and they have about the same variety of products. They are very good with trying to place homeless animals as well. And the employees are very pleasant and not just at the one I went to the other day but at all of the pet supermarkets I've gone to.
I just wanted to say I only expected to go in and get some ideas about buying a beta fish. Nothing crazy. A sales associate named Dylan helped me understand how to really care for and take care of a beta fish. He gave me honest help and while I didn’t purchase a beta that day (yesterday), he helped me purchase what I did need- basically like my individualized version of a beta starter kit. (Didn’t purchase at this location because it’s 40 minutes from where I live and I didn’t want to kill it by driving). It didn’t even occur to me to write a slam dunk review for Dylan until I went to a Pet Supermarket with my husband tonight in West Palm and the service was just kind of “meh” or not great. Dylan went above and beyond in his service! I was surprised he only had “sales associate” as his name tag title.
The self service centers are soooo great and you get such a bang for your buck at just $10. Cleaned my giants great pyrenees perfectly fine!! They have little leashes attached to the wall so the dog cant jump out while bathing.
Very nice staff, Amanda was so helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Self service dog wash is great. Employees are cool too. My dog loved it because she got treats. 5 stars from me and doggo
