I really ordering from Big Apple Pet Supply! I ordered a Congo Scorpion from them on March 24, 2021. The packaging was very well done and the Congo Scorpion is in great condition! Big Apple and Underground Reptiles are my top two favorite places to order from. And I make purchases at other reptile stores from time to time. Like to mix things up. This is a company that I highly recommend! They also allow you to make payments through Sizzle (Financing App), which is really cool! Nothing but 5 stars here folks!

I live in NC and ordered my Gecko online!nPhantom Fantasma arrived energetic and healthy! The box was very secure and well packed. When I messaged the site with a question, they were quick to respond! Will definitely purchase from Big Apple again!
Ordered baby turtles, they arrived in excellent health. When a species we wanted wasn't available, we were notified immediately. Staff communication (through email and texts) was stellar, I would have no reluctance to order from them again!
Snake came in packaged well and on time. He is a very active and curious little guy and is exploring his 5 5gallon home. Named him Beetlejuice. This is the 2nd corn snake we have bought and both times Big Apple has been great with communicating every step and answering any questions we had.
