I’m grateful I finally hit a milestone in my business to get a merchant account and thank you Rami for making sure that happened. But I must be honest. Once I was approved for the account, I didn’t hear anything. I called and felt like a burden. I had so many questions upon the approval and I really didn’t appreciate being sort of pushed aside with no follow-up. This stuff isn’t easy especially to someone that never had a merchant account. I was so happy but that happiness was brought down quickly. Oh and I’m still lost.
Lorenzo was the best! He had been in the appointment period before I had been. He's an excellent processing expert with a lot of patience and a lot of energy. I'd recommend him to my family and friends. The payment gateway is user friendly, and their support has been prompt and easy to reach.
