They dont answer the phone and they close arbitrarily without notice. Have driven up multiple times during normal business hours and find a closed sign taped on the door.
Worse customer service ever. There is always a line... 3 employees walking around and only one employee as a teller... The line is out the door and no one seemed concerned about the clients waiting in lines. Unreal.
I recently had a great experience. The bank was remodeled and fully set up for Covid-19. The teller was friendly, helpful and fast. There were two tellers and the line went reasonably fast. Would definitely come back again.
I'm a new customer and so far they have treated me very well at this location. Very courteous and respectful and friendly, despite the fact that this location was very busy.
One star is generous. This is the absolute worst branch in the history on banking. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes in line for simple transactions that have to be done inside. You'll see a bunch of other employees just walking around and laughing. When someone's ask for them to do something with their life they just laugh at you. I understand things happen and you will get backed up but this isn't a one time issue. As you can see by their 2 star rating. I'm sure some the back up is due to people not having everything in order when they get to the teller however, normal places when they see a line of 6 or more people they add more tellers to help out. Not this place. Trust me take the longer drive. It will save you time.
