Based on some of the reviews I have read I am getting a better understanding as to why I should avoid this bank. I called and made an appointment to open a business account. Printed out all the documents and had everything ready as the lady on the phone told me. I arrived to my appointment, lady at the front found my time and checked me in. She told me someone will be with me shortly. So I waited, the lady who I had the appointment with asked me if I had everything ready and etc. I said I do and again waited. Finally she comes back and says she has another appointment in 15 minutes and said she cant take me and that I should wait for someone else to return from lunch in a half hour. They where more concerned about who is suppose to take lunch then actually work. Its sad especially knowing Wells Fargo reputation but figured I would give them a second chance. They made it very clear they had no interest in taking care of a customer or gaining a new one. I guess its TD Bank for me.

These are challenging times for all service/retail companies. The staff at this location goes above and beyond to keep the customer safe while demonstrating real customer service, a delicate balance performed admirably.nThe following individuals made me glad I chose Wells Fargo for my banking ;nPatricia Dinvil, Petula Knowles and Ernesto Pacheco. Great service, thank you all.

The manager, a middle aged white woman, is a complete and utter disgrace. Have been to multiple other branches in the area to cash checks, all stating that I can use a birth certificate as a secondary form of ID . This woman however tried to say that they don't accept it. Such an idiot. Clearly does not know the rules of her own bank, will never go to this branch again. And I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs.

The worst bank tellers ever. Cane in with alot of cash to deposit. These girls would not even double check and count by hand where other branches have . I will never go back to this branch again. Worst customer service. When I asked for my money back they ignored me and walked to the back. Then told me the machine was broken. When I explained to them that these are old bills which is why other branches count them by hand for me. The worse service ever.
