I refinanced my house many times over the course of 11 years. My rate dropped from original 5.625% (30 years) to the current 2.875% (20 years). My last three refinances I did with Consumer Direct Mortgage. It is the best mortgage company I ever dealt with. However, I would like to specifically give thanks to Charles Petruzzi, the loan originator. He repeatedly was able to give the best rates on the market and a lender credit to cover the refinance expenses. Charles is always available to answer questions or resolve the issues from the start to finish of the process (from application to the loan closing). He replies almost immediately at any time! Highly recommended!

I started looking at refinance rates back in August and went through the Costco program to shop rates with different lenders. In an already very competitive field of rates, Consumer Direct was giving me the best offer in rates, points, and low monthly payments which was what I was looking for.nnThey answered all of my concerns at any phase in the process and all went smooth.
