Staff cleaning surfaces and helped me with healthcare questions concerning my dog. Staff even walked me to the product to ensure I found what was needed. Excellent service!
I shopped at Petco Boynton Beach several times and was very impressed by several of the staff there until yesterday. Now, I’m not so sure I will return again.The first few times I met Amy the groomer and I thought about taking my new pup there for grooming. Amy was very caring and connected well with my puppy. I then met the trainer who gave me several good tips on training my dog. I went to make a return and was told that Petco is not taking any returns due to Covid even though I had made a return a few weeks ago in the Deerfield location with no problem. When I questioned the person at the register she did not know very much about it and someone else go involved who was most likely a manager. She was extremely rude and dismissive and I did not appreciate it. I had heard something about this store but my experience was always positive until yesterday. Was not very happy so I left and went to Pet Supermarket and had a very nice shopping experience.
Pet co associates were very helpful to me on my visit there....will return!
What a sad experience. Walked in to buy a tank ensemble. No employees anywhere except one at the register. Waited and looked qround....nobody. asked the young lady at the register to please get someone for me. She made an announcement. Still nobody came. After a short while i asked again and she did so again. Still nobody came. After a fair amount of time i left saying that i would go to the other chain store and buy it there. I did so. This just happened today.
