Was told the stain on my white leather sneakers would be cleaned away and if still visible, painted over.nnI picked up my shoes when told they were ready only to find the stain unchanged. The owner, despite our previous conversation and the ticket, told me they had not been painted over. No reason was given. No apology made. I was told to come back the next day.nnI called the next day. The shoes had yet to be painted. Days later, I picked them up. This time, they had been painted. And yet, the stain remained.nnUSA Shoe Company wasted my time and money. At no point was any effort made to compensate (or even apologize) for the poor communication and results.
I couldn’t believe how good a job they did. Far surpassed my expectations. Definitely the best!
I was in town for Thanksgiving, and a couple days before I had to leave to go back home, my puppy decided he wanted to use my new Doc Martin's as a chew toy. I came in last minute, desperate for my shoe to hopefully be fixed. He had chewed the cuff off. They fixed it and did an amazing job. Next time I'm in town I'm bringing my other shoes. Great customer service and great work.
They did a wonderful job extending the elastic on a recently purchased pair of shoes that I otherwise could not use. The strap would not reach the buckle because my ankles tend to swell in the heat and towards the end of day. Now I can use the shoes. And they really fit and look so good.
Three old, tired but great pairs of shoes destined for the trash got new life here. Awesome work, great staff, incredible value.
