I walked in here yesterday and saw nothing but sweat pants! What’s going on ? I came in here looking for clothes for work but there was nothing but sweatpants !

Manager was very nice at first and then she made a mistake and gave me the wrong change. After that I noticed the prices are rang up wrong and she refused to address my issue and took care of other customers. After I said I’m a customer too why are you taking care of everyone but me, she’s like ‘I have to take care make the line shorter before I take care of your issue,’ while I waited over 10 mins. This is ridiculous and not the way to address people, I was utterly disrespected and expect an apology from this establishment

Horrible customer service!!! Charlotte Russe in the mall was not good at all. First the woman running the fitting room was not polite, then the same woman from the fitting room was standing with the woman at the cash register while I was trying to check out and they ignored me the whole time. It was nearing closing time and I was trying to check out and get out of the mall before everyone started to leave, but the two women working in Charlotte Russe (the cashier and the fitting room attendant) completely ignored me and preceded to have their own conversation glancing at me while I waited in front of them at the register for at least 5 minutes. I have no problem waiting as long as you acknowledge me standing there. Absolutely horrible customer service, I didn’t get to check out as they would not help me so I left my things on the counter while they watched me leave. Cannot stress how awful the customer service was at the Charlotte Russe. Will not be retuning.
