This store for some reason closed right in my face at 640pm when I asked if they are closed a store employee told me “yes we close at 645pm for cleaning. But clearly store hours state 7pm so I’m just a little confused as to why I was not allowed access to the store.

Terrible customer service. You walk in there and you don’t get a greeting from anyone! They look right at you and nothing Walked in with my kids and all on their cell phones . MynDaughter had to go upto the girl that was behind the register on her cell phone to get her size. She wasn’t to pleasant either. Handed my daughter the shoe my daughter said thank you and that was it. No your welcome or anything! This isn’t the first time. Another time I placed an online order for pick up in store and 4 hours went by and nothing, called and the girl thatnPicked up was rude, put me on hold and came back on and said yes they ready. Regional manager needs to clean out house and hire a whole brand new team!!! This store will continue to decline in customer activity with the team they have now!! Never again!!! If I could give a zero I would!!
Terrible customer service.nAlso the store manager is so rude, to be honest he don’t deserve to be there.
