Great shop. Clean and bright with at staff that clearly love all types of animals. Great selection of supplies, toys and grooming service. Rabbits, Herbals, Ferrets, Fish, Reptiles, Cats and Dogs. As a cat liver if you are looking for a play tower this is the place.
I wish I remembered the guy that helped me. He was awesome, answered all my questions and helped educate me on my new pet. Thanks. I'll definitely be returning for some more.pets in the near future
Wonderfully staffed and a great stock. Cages and tanks clean, animals look healthy and in great shape. Absolutely recommend.

This particular pet supermarket is awful (on aloma in Winter Park). I think it really comes down to one plus sized lady assistant store manager (don't know name). We have been setting up fish tanks and regularly need supplies and this is the closest pet store to our house by far. My wife went there to get something for the fish and the transaction rang up wrong to what was posted. This manager gave my wife so much grief getting a simple $1 refund that it left a sour taste in our mouth, but I always give places a second try. A month later I went there to get a test kit for our tank. Petco had it on sale for $25 and pet supermarket sold it normally for $30. The first associate said they could match price no problem. Then this assistant manager comes to adjust the price and informs me she won't match sale prices. The online policy says they won't match clearance, close out or flash sales. This was none of that. But she refused. I left without buying it. I will drive an extra 10-15 mins to avoid this mess. Stay away.
