This is a really neat spot, we picked up some gifts for a friend having a doggie birthday party. Everyone loved the items we got.
So disappointed with the customer service. I booked an appointment 2 months in advance for the holidays and have been so loyal to this one location despite the fact that I moved 40 minutes away 2 years ago, and that they cut my dogs stomach a few times. I was running 10 min late one day and called ahead to let them know and ask if it was ok (I know there’s a grace period of 15 minutes but I still called ahead to let them know). They said it was and right when I pulled up after driving over 40 minutes, they said they needed to reschedule my appointment for after the holidays. They said the groomer needed to leave on time and she lived far. Once again, very disappointing as I thought the customer was important to them. Especially loyal customers. I won’t be coming back ever again.
Sam, and Ellie have been very helpful and friendly. I have been to several different woof gang stores and this one is the best. I live 2 miles from the Michigan store, but would rather go to this store because of their customer service. It's very difficult to find good customer service today, so when you find it hold on to it.
The staff is always extremely pleasant and helpful. The grooming is the best we’ve found also. They’re very receptive to what the client wants and will fix something if you’re unhappy. Amazing place all around!
Excellent staff. Educated me on proper collar, boarding and training available. Customer experience will drive future behavior. I will always go to Woof Gang for my four legged buddies needs.
