Best costumer experience I’ve had in a long time, took my pup there for the first time to get a crate, Lilianna one of the manager there she was very attentive and had an answer for every question I ask, She walked me through my purchase and also gave me pointers on how to properly take care and train my husky. hands down best location clean and everyone was friendly, Your recommendations are working. Thank you for all your help.....

Nice location that's super clean and fun to walk through. Our daughter loves to look at all the animals they have around - especially the fish. They have kitties up front for adoption as well, so be sure to give them some love.nnThey have all the usual items and the occasional sales for seasonal items going out. If you buy litter or food in bulk you can do that at this one. Also they have the PetCare vet in this location.nnOverall: AnEasy to shop and very clean.

Visited to pick up an online order. Everything was as expected with the pick up. The store was overall clean and what I saw of the animals seemed to be in good health. My only complaint is that I was going to pick up some crickets for my beardie but most of the prepackaged ones were mostly dead. The horn worms were super dead black and discolored ud83eudd22 I understand it's not exactly easy to keep feeder insects alive but you guys should probably check them a little more often and pull the dead stuff off the shelf. Otherwise no complaints.

I can never find evening I need. Your hours are horrible as I shop early in the morning. I drive too far to get there to get no help from your employees, one of whom called herself a manager. No one made any attempt to help me or offer to carry the 40lb bags to my car. My rewards never show up even though I was spending almost $200 a month. Your management at the Altamonte Springs Florida store is pitiful. Sorry but I will shop elsewhere from now on. You have too much competition to allow such poor service.

I love the grooming team at this Petco! Michelle is awesome, so professional and full of information. She took care of my doggies very well. Will continue to bring them here as long as this customer service continues.
