As soon as I arrived at the store, the packages were put in the trunk of my car. They carry items I could not find anywhere else--small cat food lids. They have small, soft blankets and my favorite litter--Feline Pine--was two dollars off. The workers are friendly and helpful.

The sales associates were so so great! One woman in particular helped me out with everything when I came in with my new rescue German Shepherd. She helped me get setup with what I need to start with and she made me feel at ease! My experience there was excellent. Thank you so so sooooooo much!

This lady named Victoria at the cashier station was extremely rude. I bought a hamster cage from them yesterday which came defective. It was broken in to a bunch of pieces. I paid $50 and they said they won’t accept my return because they aren’t doing returns. That’s fine but they sold me a defective cage and I need my money back so I can buy a new one for my hamster who doesn’t have a home. I asked to speak to the manger to see if they could make an exception and she said she was one of them. You can tell by how rude she was she was not a manager. She wouldn’t tell me when the store manager was coming in so I could speak to him. I never write reviews but she was so rude I had too. I called the Petco down the street and told them my cage was effective and they returned it right away with the most sincere apologies. I do not recommend you to to this store. I’ve never been treated so rude.

Everyone is always so kind and helpful at Petco in WP. The team working at the grooming area were exceptionally fantastic today, accommodating for walk-in nail services! Special thanks to Haley, who was able to clip and smooth my dog's nails today while keeping them both comfortable and calm from start to finish!
