I just had the best experience at the Wells Fargo near park ave. I went in to cash some savings bonds and the bank teller, Victoria, was so helpful and explained everything I didn’t understand. She was incredibly nice and calm. Thank you so much for starting my day off so well!

I can't believe some of the reviews for this branch! Everyone here has always greeted me warmly, helped courteously with every small request and offered to review my accounts without having to make an appointment or wait in lines.nnThis branch is quiet, clean and never crowded. This is not my closest branch, but if I know I'm going to be in Winter Park, I save my in person banking needs for here.

It’s too bad this bank is as elegant looking as it is because it acts like a political machine, not a bank. I was helped by a young blonde woman at one of the desks and I tried to dispute a case that was clearly supposed to be in my favor but wasn’t being seen that way because Wells Fargo uses politics and race as an excuse to steal money. She only told the resolutions team what she felt like telling them out of what I said and seemed to put in minimal effort. It’s a good thing that I had to go there for my rent and utilities anyway because it was a waste of my time. She selectively gave information in order to sway the case in Wells Fargo’s/the sellers favor.

This Wells Fargo is the Best place to do all of your Banking I, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, this Location! . I had an issue with a company that took funds ...UNAUTHORIZED, from my Account. The Wells Fargo, New York Avenue Branch in Winter Park, went to bat for me, and we WON!! They were required to pay back all funds + Interest, thanks to Kathleen, their Manager. ! Also Thanks to Jonathan Burke, for pointing me in the correct direction. :)nnThis is the finest, and most helpful Team for Banking.:) Thank You so much for being there, when I needed your suppor,t and guidance. !
