Great customer service. I have had many ordeals with my crossover from the Canadian TD to the US TD. Every staff member has shown me grace and were very helpful. I am thankful this was the bank I chose to go to. Kudos team.
This branch is nice but unfortunately there is a nice older gentleman that is terrible. I literally sat in the drive through for over an hour while he counted and recounted my deposit over and over again only to mess it up and give no explanation. I have had him multiple times and it is the same thing every time. Everyone else is great but if you are short on time do not let him handle your transaction
Worst bank, no customer service at all , stay away from this place, even with the proof of address they cannot open the account, staff are not working here Nicole defrances is the worst banker I’ve ever met, management should take some action on them for losing the customers. None of the employees at this branch are doing their jobs. Just a scam and wasting customers time.
This is the worst TD branch!!!! Employees think they are in working in Disney Land... they have no clue what is going on..worst customer service EVER!!!
Cannot read your receipts, need new ink cartridges, I have asked for three months!
