wouldn’t give them a half star!!ud83dudc4eud83cudffc Was here for well over 6 hrs just for Covid19 test didn’t get it till over 3 hrs in most places start an IV within the first hour especially if you’ve been throwing up to hydrate you didn’t get that till 3 1/2hrs in my IV bag was empty so I tell the nurse station and had to wait for well over an hour for anyone to come in and remove it.nI seen the one nurse who came and got my symptoms wrote down when I first got to my room and the admissions lady came in to do paperwork because I’d been here for almost 2 hrs didn’t even know I hadn’t seen a dr or nurse since I got to the room!!!! I thought my hometown hospital was bad but I’ve never seen one this slow and basically forgets about its patients like this!

This place genuinely makes me feel hopeless, I get no explanations for my illnesses or help at all. And when I do, it turns out to be a false diagnosis because the nurses are too busy brushing me off to care about my health. I get that I'm just another one of the hundreds of patients, but I'm a human. At least pretend to care, I don't know. It proves more that nobody cares in the first place, even a hospital.nThe doctors are wonderful, every single one of them.nBut the nurses are who I'm complaining about in particular. I just wish better nurses were around, then it would build the hospitals environment itself much better.nI feel like the nurses are only bad in the emergency section, but that's where the good nurses should be.nGood nurses should be everywhere, actually.nnI'm sure it's just the emergency section. But from other reviews, I've noticed a pattern of rushy nurses and misdiagnoses.nI was also misdiagnosed. The EMT's were wonderful, I loved them. But the nurses? The first one I met was very sweet, but the rest didn't care. Obviously. I had a seizure that took me there, I was shaking and still a bit confused though it was cleared up from about 17 minutes later. They diagnosed me with an anxiety attack.nMe remembering basically nothing, seizing up on the floor, stuttering and not even knowing how to think. Ah yes, definently an 'anxiety attack'.nAnd saying it was about me being nervous because school was starting up? No, I'm perfectly fine with school. I was fine even before the seizure besides the occasional twitching and disassociation.nMisdiagnosis and brushing off patients that depend on you for so much is terrible. I get it, work isn't all that fun and we all want to make money, but take your job seriously. We are all people. Pay attention, just once.
