I have always had a wonderful experience here. My Phoebe comes back happy, smelling great, and with and adorable haircut! I will not take her anywhere else. I also love that dogs are allowed out of the kennel. This gives my dog some interaction with other dogs.
I called to try and schedule an appointment and they picked up the phone with 400 dogs barking in the background and proceeded to say they couldn’t hear me as if it was an issue I was causing when they are picking up a phone in the middle of 400 barking dogs. Then acted extremely confused of why I’d be calling to get my dog groomed , said they had no same day availability and offered no other options. If you intend on keeping a business open and have repeat customers , quite possibly understand that your potential customers don’t want to feel as if they are bothering you when trying to schedule an appointment. Also, maybe head to a quiet location within your business so I don’t have to scream my request only to have you tell me you still can’t hear me.
This place is the best. We took our puppy here for the day while on vacation. It was clean and the owner is very friendly! She gave our dog a free bath too!
