Best return and exchange policy. The store manager Ivan is so willing to go above and beyond to accommodate to any situation. They always have the best selection of treats, toys and food to choose from.
Great place to get a hamster! Staff is knowledgeable about many different pet issues. Good prices and well organized. The living space for hamsters is not cramped like in some small stores.
I’ve shopped here many times before when I had a pet always great experience & very helpful employees & prices are decent. But recently my mom got a dog & poor thing wasn’t feed properly super sweet dog but she had what I assume dermatitis & lost a lot of hair. But Thanks to Ivan who went out his way to help me find the right food (performatrin w/ lamb) & her coat is coming in beautifully
I love coming here especially to look at all the pets it's got a good selection of animals between reptiles, fish, and birds etc.
Staff eager to help, good selection of supplies for pets and a few animals, fish and cages.
