I have been calling the bank since yesterday for a simple question and it’s like I’m trying to get in contact with the president. I know we all get busy but 2 days of not answering the phone. That’s just crazy
This is the best chase bank with Customer Service! You really feel at home when you walk in there all the staff, beautiful ladies they welcome and greet you with a smile! It’s always a pleasure coming here for me
This Chase Bank location, has great customer service. Management is very helpful. Customer care agents, will assist you, in any of your banking needs. They are always willing to answer any questions, or concerns, that you might have. About your checking account your credit card, and or your debit account. They will also inform you, about how to operate the ATM machine. This public restrooms, are not available, at this Chase Bank branch. Chase Bank has an ATM, that is open 24 hours a day. But you can only access, the front door by sliding your Chase card. Parking for this bank, is in the rear of the bank. Next to Dollar Tree. Disability parking is available directly in the back. No handicap parking! The two spots they have designated are on the opposite side of the main entrance in front of an emergency exit only door, I dont know how that is lawful
