The people working at the bank are superbly nice, efficient, and just a pleasure to deal with.
This is my favorite bank, I love that they’re open on the weekend and the staff in North Miami are so sweet and welcoming ALWAYS! I had my bank overdraft due to some hardship and they worked with me unlike any other big banks I’ve dealt with. Thank you North Miami
Don’t bother. I waited an hour and a half on line and then the guy who I’d been dealing with for two years decided I wasn’t good enough. Miami is changing, and this branch shows it. Useless people. Go somewhere else, maybe even a different bank.

Beyond horrible customer service. I made my appt days ago and then they stated I didn't have an appt. Left me outside in hot sun, didn't take phone calls and nearest available appt was in two weeks. Asked for someone and the woman working said she was new and couldn't leave a message for manager and I would have to call back in morning. Inside of bank was very crowded. Put me on hold as woman was to get back to me to let me in and waited over 5 minutes and took me two more tries until I got a person again.
