9 am to 4 pm - there’s ONLY 1 cashier clerk and 10 people waiting in line!!.nThe manager explained to me it is a way to “force” clients to use online banking. So far they FORCE ME to change bank. UNBELIEVABLE 1 cashier and a line of 10. I hope BofA realizes this HUGE MISTAKE. You are just losing clients!!!
I set up an appt w a teller to speak about building my credit and possibly opening another card to aid in credit health/history.nnThe teller I went to see insisted I close my 1 and ONLY credit card that I’d had for 3 years and counting. However even w my limited knowledge on credit health, I knew that wasn’t the best decision for me in this case. I left when it became clear that my credit was not a concern for her.nnThe two other times I have visited this branch, I have left unsatisfied w the interaction and information given.nnI will NOT be returning to this branch.
Wow ! And I thought I was the only one giving 1 star. No wonder that I was treated RUDELY and BADLY by Two tellers today. After seeing all reviews Not much to Rant about... it cut my inspiration but reassured my disappointment.
