Whent to renew my CD and I was offer something else but never told me it was the stoke market.i don't invest there I only do CD and I been there for 27 years they should know. Worst customer service of all time. I have to practically beg them to allow me to pay my mortgage every month.
For me, who works near by, it helps... I did not check the inside of the bank but I am just happy and grateful that there is an ATM at this location. It's convenient. Thanks !

I brought personal and business banking to this branch and bank. When I had a fraud issue on my debit card the bank didnt protect my interests and some of the management treated me with open antisemitism and my branch manager didnt even fight for me. I have filed a complaint with their federal regulator and will be notifying social media.
