Even though I brought 3 different forms of ID including my passport and work 2 blocks down the street, they refused to cash my check after telling me the forms I had were valid. Very unprofessional and rude customer service.

This is by far the Worest Bank I ever used. This perticular location has the most incompetent representatives. The loan officers will submit loans that contradictory to common sense. For example, personal unsecured loan for requesting a loan for boat, enjoy the instant denial & hard hit on credit report. And the Branch Manager will Lie to you, not pass up your request to speak with the General Manager. Do yourself a favor, Bank somewhere else.
