Worst experience ever they take forever to do q cashier check
The slowest branch I have visited.
The employees all seem nice and well-intentioned but this branch is a disaster and seemingly understaffed. There are always long lines both to see tellers and to do banking business. As a small business owner it is impossible to come here for services like wire transfers as it will easily take 45 minutes to an hour. It bothers me that my bank is within walking distance of my house but I have to drive to another Wells Fargo location to do any type of transaction.
Perfect location if you have nothing better to do with your time. Other then that, don’t bother. After waiting an hour to get something notarized- I had to leave. Mind you I was forth in line and was told I would have to wait at least an additional 15 mins.
Long lines, clerks that seem to struggle with the customer and worse of all only one clerk at duty. Sometime you are lucky to have two clerks. Issue is when someone is in line it's high likely going to be a complex issue. The whole line gets back up usually to the door. I am surprised that wellsfargo is understaffed which probably explain this places issue.
