Super helpful each time!
Staff are nice but manager does not understand what convenience is. I get a a check from my company ( i am a doctor) every two Every two weeks ( same amount). I deposit on mobile I need to wait 7 business days. Need to call the bank the check is issued to talk with TD if I want it cleared before 7 days. I am sorry this is the most inconvenient bank.
Staff is very friendly and the bank has great hours.
Worst location ever they make you wait for so long..... after 45 mins waiting for a costumer representative to open a new account they said I’m sorry but you still have to wait one more hour... seriously??? Why they didn’t say it from the very beginning??? Bad and unprofessional staff and poor costumer service don’t even bother to go there and if you go make sure you ask them first how long is the wait so you don’t waste your time.
