The only reason why I’m giving it 2 stars was because the person who helped me initially was extremely kind. Otherwise, Fernando at the counter was not kind at all- in fact just stared at me judging and was even rude to the other person working at the bank. Fernando was unhelpful, unwilling and rude. Try to avoid getting that guy.
Michelle Pompa is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I don’t recommend going to this branch.
I had a great service by the manager Jeimy. That was very helpful and friendly.
Southern Security security guard, Clyde(name not sure), makes you feel welcome yet conducts himself very professional so you feel safe. He is constantly patrolling and keeping a close watch all around the area. Live nearby, and we value the banking as well as the security services. Makes the neighborhood feel safer. Thank you BA! Please continue serving the community.
