It was my first time taking my mom here. She needed a psychiatrist and I googled for doctors near us. The experience from Start to finish was great. The place itself is very nice, the only downfall was parking. When I called for her appointment I was transferred to the customer service girl who was so very nice and helpful,. She was able to get us an appointment for the next day which is normally very hard to do. The forms were even sent to me via text which made the whole process even easier. The visit with the doctor was also great. Super nice and very natural. My mom was helped and got what she needed. I highly recommend this place. I am happy I found it.

Horrible customer service. I spoke to a case manager on Tuesday, we scheduled an urgent appointment for my mom for Thursday (today). We received an appointment confirmation yesterday (Wednesday). In which, they confirmed my mom would be receiving a call from 2-5 pm. Today - NO CALL and better yet to get a hold of someone in the office was a total nightmare. After a good 35 minutes trying to get a hold of any extension, I finally speak to someone that says there’s nothing she could do because both the doctor and the office manager have left for the day. On Tuesday, the case manager gave me a number to call (ironically, it is the same number provided to someone else with a complaint in the reviews). I called several times and left 2 messages. STILL NOTHING. This has been extremely disappointing and simply disheartening from medical staff.

My first appointment was today, supposed to be at 10 am. I've been charged my deductible and its 2:30 pm and no doctor has called me. I'm beyond frustrated I need to go to worknnUpdate, spoke to the dr wait was pretty long, but I'm satisfied waiting on my script now. I'll be calling for follow up

I’m not only a patient but I’m also family of Management and most proud of saying, Owner’s of the amazing and most efficient, well organized service, exceptional customer service with an outstanding team of receptionist! I’m not one who ever writes a review but I’m honestly not only very happy patient, but proud of my successful family and the great work and service that is always provided to each and every patient individually and with the upmost best quality of service and TLC in the business!!!!

This is the best place I have ever gone to in a while. I was able to fill out the paperwork online, and update all my information with signatures and everything. I had 2 evaluations, 1 from my PCP Dr. Martin Valdes, Internal Medicine and one from my Psychiatrist, Dr. Liana Mendoza.nnDr. Martin Valdes found the nodule on my throat, not may doctors have found it. He set me up with a sonogram, right there in the office - I don't have to go to 2 different places, and wait until the report is read. He gave me medicine from my intercystial Cystitis, which he knew about the disease. Very Impressed. Dr. Liana Mendoza was fantastic, since she read my digital file that I filled out prior to the visit, she asked me what can she do to help, and how was my medication working? I told her the truth, and she consulted me on the current medication, and made some suggestions. The medication was sent to the Pharmacy and ready in no time. I have my follow ups in 2 weeks, either virtual or an office visit. In between appointments, I receive a call from Melissa at Customer Service letting me know that if there is anything I need to please save her number and call her at anytime.nnI am glad that I finally found a place where the office personnel treat me like a person, not a number. I have made a new place me. I am confident that whomever goes there will have the same treatment as I did.
