I took my 10 month old baby to see the doctor. She was born with tear ducts obstruction since she was a premie. It was her first month going to day care so obviously she got sick. I took her to Nicklaus children urgent care at night they did the covid test and it was negative. Next Saturday I take her to the doctor because since she has a really bad cold her eyes are really bad. When I went to the office they turned my 10 month old away. They didn’t want to see her. They didn’t even ask me a question nothing. All my kids go to the one in doral with no problems. This is a kid who sadly was born super early and her eyes get really bad. I’m very disappointed, I love the doctor she has being seeing my daughter since she was born. But I just don’t get it I even told them she has the test that says she is negative for COVID. We didn’t even get a phone call or anything.

This place is incredible and very unprofessional )is only the one in Hialeah 49st) I didn’t want to left this review but here it goes. It all started six month ago when my baby had his first visit and was diagnosed with bilirubin they sent us home for a follow up . Ok we returned to to the billi test again we were told is all ok now you can go home and hour or two later they called us back and told us please come back we made a mistake and the baby needs to go to the ER . They mix the test with a different baby this is crazy he was in ER for days . Now 2 weeks ago we made an appointment because he had a lot of saliva and was choking on it . On that day they make a big deal about he been there and that he had he checkup on the 25 that they ended canceling he’s appointment for the 25 in Miami lakes . This people in 49th should not be working with childrens

We got here on a Lyft ride and they had us waiting outside in the hot sun with no where to sit because of their protocol of COVID. My daughter just has a cold. If they are going to have us outside because of their protocol then they should have somewhere to sit. Once they brought us inside they didn’t even keep patients away from us so I do t understand their protocol of having us outside if once inside they don’t keep us away from people.

Who is running this office?, I use to go to the Doral location and came here because I couldn't find an appointment, just to waste my time because they refused to help my daughter as she supposedly has virus simptoms (no fever, no sneezing, no cough, but just a short episode of diarrhea), and it was the second visit for the same reason in the past month. Unlike the Doral location they don't take good safety measures, the sanitizer dispenser at the front door does not work, so everyone gets inside without sanitizing themselves, they don't restrict the quantity of people accompanying the patient, they don't check people's temperature when getting in the office, the business hours online, Google and the front door does not match they actual one's. They won't see my face here anymore.
