I’ve emailed, called, and even showed up at the bank to resolve a credit card issue that I have had since August and I’ve received no help whatsoever. Also, I don’t get if the bank is closed at all, I showed up on wednesay dec.9th and I was told it had been closed from the day before. Is this place still working? It would be great if the hours of operations are regularly updated.
They are supposed to open at 9 am. 22 minutes later the line is waiting outside and they never came out to provide an explanation about the reason they still close
Long lines all the time. Only 2 tellers its ridiculous. Don't come to this bank.
Worst bank of America... Incompetent. The manager Patricia does not know how to handle a client.
