I opened two accounts for a promotion of $400 within 90 days, it was all LIE!!! It is not 90 days, it is 5 freaking months. Why do you choose to lie to customers!!! You just lost a customer.
Told me she is going to lunch 30 minutes come back in 30 minutes. I don't have time for this bullocks, since when I have to wait for breaks now? I got thinks to do I can't come back when you feel like? Unbelievable!
Good morning, I come here to make this qualification because I think it is very important today 06/02/20 I had an appointment to open a business account and the treatment was very unprofessional I have a personal account with citi for a long time time and I thought that opening a business to have it all together was the best option but I was disappointed with the treatment they gave me at that branch.
Worst branch ever. They never answer the phone, and they never open on time.
