They carry a wide selection.nNice knowledgeable staff members and they are willing to match a legitimate competition price.nGood place to shop for all of your pets.

I think it makes no business sense whatsoever to give a discount to vets and others (like seniors) that get retirement pay on the 1st of the month aren't eligible for a discount until the last Tuesday of each month- 3 weeks after they are broke and a week before they have money to spend. It is a discount, thanks; However, placed on the calendarud83dudcc5 where people that need it can't really use it. The first Tuesday would bring in volume over the possible loss of the discount and with that a fiercely loyal client base will follow.nnI support local biz.nnI also echo that there are a few there that make you feel as if you are interrupting their work day. They roll their eyes and huff if you ask a question and if you ask about possible missing rewards it is as if you are lying.nnNot everyone there behaves like this and I have had some great interactions too.

Horrible customer service. My mother went in on a Tuesday looking for a bunny for my sisters birthday. She was told they would be available Thursday morning and that people normally line up for the bunnies. My mom showed up at 8 at Thursday, only to notice at 9 that there was a sign on the door saying they won't be open until noon. I had to drive from Gainesville to get the bunny, thankfully I called because they ended opening at 11:30. The very unfriendly manager boxed up the bunny, I payed, and left. On my way home, I noticed the poor bunny had two toes missing. I called the store to let them know, and they said they were aware. Not sure why they didn't mention this to me- it really scared me. I would avoid shopping here!
