amazing staff
Very professional people, but with that hometown touch! These people know the banking business & have tremendous experience to take care of all my banking needs! And ALWAYS friendly on top of all that!
Horrible bank. This branch treats disabled Americans like they are common house trash. My family and I have been loyal 15 year customers, the last two times I've visited this branch I was accused of fraud trying to use my own account. As I was made to wait in the hot sun on a 100° plus day while they appeared to be making phone calls and awkwardly looking at me like a criminal through the drivethru. I motioned for one of the lady's to come to the window and she snickerd at me and walked to where the other ladys where. She then motioned to her arm as that is where part of my disability is at and started giggling. I will be taking my banking needs elsewhere as I do not feel comfortable going to a place with such rude staff and horrible business practices.
Excellent service from friendly, knowledgeable, and sincerely helpful management and staff.
