Please stop timing me out. There is nothing on the page when I check my balance that says log out. Therefore if I leave the page I am timed out. It may be two days before I can see my account again. All I get is a message saying, ” you have been timed out”. I wish you would correct this situation, I have reported this problem before. Your response was, “Sorry, we have been informed there is a problem”.nnFix it or I will have to change banks, and I WILL tell people why.

I can never access my account online and trying to call doesn't get me anywhere either. I sat on hold multiple times for more than 45 minutes each time and STILL couldn't get to a person to see what was going on with my account (I don't have all night to sit on hold, unfortunately.) I haven't been able to access it since they changed the app. It's always something with their online though. I'm going this week to close my accounts. Their drive through atm is frequently down. On a good note, when, and if, you finally get to a person, they are usually very nice and helpful. (This was the second time in 10 months I was unable to access my online account. I've NEVER not been able to access my account with the other bank.)

Someone made me wait to open an account for an hour and it was very easy to know that I didn't know what I was doing. They were the same questions over and over again.

This bank is terrible. Had them for years and now nothing but issues. Card got taken into the atm and the employee said must be something wrong with my card and to come back on Monday since it was a Saturday.. wouldn’t give me my card back from the atm... which I had been using all day.. thanks.. that was the only card I had for that account. customer service here is terrible.
