Customer service isn’t good at all. The lady in the drive through enjoys cutting their customers off when they are trying to talk. Their way of problem solving is for the customer to drive off angry. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. My family has banked with this bank for years and with the way this lady was treating me was in called for

We have had multiple bad experiences at this branch. The latest was yesterday. My mom was at at the drive thru making a withdrawal and after waiting for over 20 mins watching the clerk and a customer have what seemed to be a friendly conversation, it was finally her turn in line. My mom requested her deposit and as she drove away she made sure to check the envelope with her withdrawal which seemed a bit light. Inside the envelope was her receipt with NO CASH WITHDRAWAL! So my mom gets back in line to see what happened with her money. The clerk was rude and attempted to tell my mom that she was wrong and that she put the money in the envelope with her receipt. My mom being sure she didn't receive her deposit demanded that she check to make sure. The clerk then proceeded to keep arguing stating she definitely did. After my mom did not back down, the clerk made her wait another half an hour until she balanced her drawer to make sure she gave her the money she took out. Sure enough, the clerk was wrong about giving her the money and then was barely accountable for her mistake and had a bad attitude about the whole incident. This was the straw that broke the camel's back with this branch because it's always something... We will be taking our business elsewhere after years of being a loyal customer.

Charges $2.50 to cash a check from their own bank. Will not ever bank here again

So far I've only experienced great in bank customer service, convenient locations, and just overall satisfaction.
