Greeter asked me in a very inappropriate way sensitive information as how much I was going to withdraw from my bank account. This was when other customers were present in the lobby. Maybe she did not.do.it on purpose, but her attitude wasn't the best and she kept.it for.the rest of my transaction.
Today I stopped to open a small business account linked to my personal business and they attending in the front was rude, talking over me and my wife not allowing us to explain our situation. Young lady with blonde hair in a super karen and attitude.
The employees were gossiping while I was at the window. The clerk required 15 minutes to exchange cash for quarters. As I was walking out, I heard her snort out an obnoxious statement about my transaction.nnCompletely unprofessional. Will never return to this location.
Walked into a completely empty building with 3 employees. Greeted and asked if we had an appt. Lady stated new accounts person didn’t have appts till 2 PM. Great, we need to open 3 accounts. Mind you nobody is doing anything except congregating in Branch Managers office, Cheryl. Lady comes back out and states we can come back at 2?!?! I asked for Branch Manager. She came out and stated she has an opening at 2. Just say we don’t want to help you. I have more respect for honestly. Branch Manager , Cheryl was extremely rude. We have business accounts and personal accounts there and never had an issue with opening accounts. No surprised by the locations 2 star rating.
