I when there yesterday to cash a large check because my back was closed (bank of america)nI forgot the name of the teller but I know she speaks Spanish and she was in the first teller window, excellent customer service for her and for the manager, I really appreciate,it was fast easy and I recommended.. thank you!!
Long wait times at drive through. Tellers slow
My husband asked me to deposit a check into his account. I went thru the drive thru and was asked if I wanted it deposited into checking. I said yes. I had no idea that she would end up depositing it into our joint account not to his personal account. I sent his card, the heck made to him and that he signed. She never said she couldn't deposit it into his personal account because I was doing he deposit not him. I took an hour in the phone to try to fix it but the teller already went to lunch. Basically told tough luck and go hung up on.
Extremely friendly and courteous. Wait time minimal always fully staffed. Love this Bank.
Been banking with this Wells Fargo for years and never had a bad experience. Not over crowded like many banks, despite being in the busy part of town.
