I’ve been to many Chase branches in the Ocala area. I have to say, the Silver Springs Branch is the best in Ocala. The Branch Manager, Mike and his staff are truly the best. I also bank with another institution, but never receive this level of service. Mike has helped me many times over the past year when my husband passed away. Mike is kind, compassionate and never makes me feel rushed. The tellers at this location are the best. Karissa is such a doll to deal with. I can’t thank Chase enough for hiring these wonderful people.

Went to a location in The Villages and was not impressed. I left and came to this location after I got done with work. Wow what a great and wonderful diffrendif between the two locations. Thanks so much for your help today Samuel you're a great example of excellent customer service and I will be using Chase for my business banking because of the way you treated me. Michael C. Scipioni ask me if have I been help I told him yes but she taking a long time to cash my check. Michael c. Scipioni he is a vice president of this branch. Told me if it's taking so long that I always can go somewhere else to cash my check. Sorry sir you don't say that stuff to customers. Sorry Michael C. Scipioni if can't handle negative complaints then chase needs to fine some else that can do your job
