Okay experience, wish there were more sales associates to ask questions. I only seen one and ahe was hustling to bring out products from the back. Maybe someone called out, I too work in customer service so I know how it goes. Hopefully my next visit will be better.
I purchased online. The same day, I received a discount offer in my email from Petco. So I purchased again the same products. Went in To pick up my orders and immediately tried to return the original purchase which was obviously a duplicate anyway. Would only give me store credit even though I had paid with a debit card online. Absolutely unacceptable and I consider it theft.
Fantastic food. Only reason not 5 stars is it took forever to be served after ordering. The place was 2/3 full and late afternoon so not a busy time. But the food and staff were great!
