I have paid my bill two months in a row there and both times the next day my service have been Shut off So the cashier there don’t know what she is doing I believe she needs to be fired or re-trainedSo I have to call boost mobile and go through a bagel boss just to get my phones turned back on

Employees are helpful. Would b nice if they'd speak English to one another when they're dealing with English only customers.nIt made me feel like they were talking aboit me! I know they weren't but still...nOther than that I'll continue to go there.
