I called for oxygen after hospitalization. I needed oxygen to go home. The rep that answered my call was non-professional & very courteous. The delivery person contacted me by email to say he was on the way. It was delivered between 15-30 minutes. Very impressive company. From start to finish. Top to bottom!
Andrew was the Man! Hooked me up with some new tanks and canula's and had a great attitude to boot too. Need more young men of his character working for your company
Shady. Needing a mattress larger than 42 inches. They claim it is only by Ht and Wt but I have underlying med issues that require a larger mattress. Their answer basically too bad so sad. Want larger you have to private pay. Not a want, it is a need. Called ins and talking to my case manager but then called the store to make sure they would be able to accommodate the request if I got it approved and low and behold they only have 42 inches. Could have saved time if they said that up front instead of trying to provide a mattress that would continue to cause issues for me. So sad that patient care is not the priority here.
I loved having Robin Smith help me with all my resptatory needs. She is truly an asset to your company. I would also like to speak of Joseph your delivery man. He is such a nice man and very professional as is Robin. They care about the patients needs. Thank you so much ud83eudd40
