Their grooming staff is wonderful! I have a dachshund mix with horrible anxiety. I called for an appointment to get his nails done, and they had us an appointment less than an hour out. The check-in process was great. Other groomers we have been to seem to be in a rush even when they aren't busy; they just kinda shove a paper towards me for initials, take my dog, and go. The Petco staff member was incredible (I think her name is Ashley, but I'm not sure). She really took her time with us, looking our boy over to make sure his ears, paws, and everything else were in good shape. She asked about ways to help curb his anxiety, and was very gentle introducing herself to him and letting him warm up to her. I dropped him off knowing he was in good hands. They were done very quickly, even though I know my dog is difficult and usually takes two people to keep him from squirming. His nails look great and he didn't seem so nervous when we came to pick him up. All around great experience and I look forward to brining him back in the future! Thank you for taking such good care of my nervous boy!
It's never very busy after 6 so they don't have to be mask nazis, and they're not. Always friendly and super helpful. They'll allow you to return things with no hassle. The best!
Unlike another well known pet store, Petco made me and my pup feel secure and confident that he would receive the best of care. I was informed of everything that was going to occur with my pup and when picking him up he loved on the staff as they loved on him, that alone let me knew I picked the right place.
Love going in here with our baby( dog). She actually knows where we are going. She knows the geographic area of where we are driving there. Everyone in there are really friendly and super helpful. It's like a toy store for our baby
Clean store. Extremely polite staff. Nice selection for accessories for my new pet. I highly recommend this store for small pets.
